Strategic Framework

Harnessing our geographic competitive advantages and leveraging natural resources strategically is at the core of our approach. We emphasize inclusive human and data management, sustainable soil practices, efficient waste management, and transparent water management as pillars for enhancing our geopolitical position and competitive edge.

A) ‘Hard power’ conditioned, restrained, and exceeded by ‘soft power’.

We believe that the world of power and influence is in a constant state of evolution. Our strategic framework explores the intricate balance between “hard power” and “soft power.” We delve into how traditional forms of power, including military might and economic dominance, are subject to the sway of subtler, persuasive forces such as diplomacy, culture, and ideology. Our analysis sheds light on the dynamic nature of international relations and equips strategic decision-makers with the tools to navigate this ever-changing landscape effectively.

B) 4 x 4 x 4 x 4 public policy structure with 256 aspects.

We have developed a groundbreaking public policy framework that sets us apart. Our unique 4x4x4x4 matrix results in a comprehensive approach encompassing 256 distinct aspects of policy development and implementation. This innovative structure enables a more profound understanding of complex issues, empowering us to make informed and strategic decisions across a broad spectrum of policy areas, from governance and social welfare to economic development and beyond.

C) Working orientation and emphasis sequenced according to importance

We understand the importance of strategic prioritization. Our approach is designed to align our efforts with the significance of each level of engagement:

  1. Local

Our focus here extends to regions like AJK, Western Jammu Kashmir, Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, and Poonch, where we address the specific challenges and opportunities unique to these areas.

  2. Intra JKA

We explore the intricacies of Gilgit, Baltistan, Ladakh, Kashmir Valley, Jammu, and AJK, as well as the historical context of the erstwhile British Indian princely State as it stood on 15 August 1947.

  3. Regional

Our strategic lens extends to neighboring countries, including Afghanistan, China, India, and Pakistan, examining the strategic implications of our interactions with these critical partners.

  4. Global

We discuss the broader international landscape, where we engage with influential countries, corporations, and other geopolitical entities.

* We recognize the contestation of the letter ‘A’ in AJK and understand that the word it denotes ‘Azad’ or ‘Free’ needs to be qualified as well as clarified and hence have maintained its use since 2009 to bring this dilemma into mainstream public discourse. We have provided a public policy prescription in Article 4A.

D) Geographic competitive advantage & natural leverage over other geopolitical entities:

Within the realm of geography, JKA Public Agency recognizes inherent advantages and leverage points crucial to our strategic positioning:

  1. Human/Data Management (inclusivity)

We explore how inclusive management of human resources and data can provide a competitive edge in today’s geopolitical arena.

  2. Soil Management (accountability)

Our framework emphasizes the significance of sustainable soil management practices in enhancing overall accountability.

  3. Waste Management (meritocracy)

We delve into the role of efficient waste management driven by meritocratic principles in achieving environmental sustainability and competitive advantage.

  4. Water Management (transparency)

Our section underscores the critical importance of transparent water management in safeguarding our geopolitical interests and enhancing our competitive standing.
